Student Grievance Redressal Committee

At Lachoo Memorial College of Science and Technology we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and supportive environment for all students, faculty, and staff. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is established to address and resolve grievances in a timely and effective manner. Purpose: The purpose of the GRC is to provide a platform for students, faculty, and staff to report their grievances and concerns, and to ensure that these are addressed in a fair, impartial, and confidential manner. Scope: The GRC will address grievances related to: – Academic matters – Administrative issues – Infrastructure and facilities – Harassment and discrimination – Other concerns affecting the college community Procedure for Filing a Grievance: To file a grievance, please follow these steps:
  1. Submit a written complaint to the GRC Chairperson of the committee.
  2. Provide detailed information about the grievance, including dates, times, and locations.
  3. The GRC will review and investigate the grievance.
  4. The GRC will communicate its findings and recommendations to the complainant.
