Training and Placement Cell of Lachoo Memorial College plays a vital role in shaping the career of its students by grooming them to make them employable. Keeping this key aspect in mind, the departmentfocuses a lot on soft skills training of the students to enhance their employability. The placement cell organises campus interviews to facilitate appropriate placement and exposure of the students.

The Training and Placement Cell (TPO Cell) of Lachoo Memorial College of Science & Technology (Autonomous), Jodhpur handles campus placement of D.Pharmacy, B.Pharmacy, B.C.A., M.C.A., B.B.A., M.B.A., B.Com, B.Sc. (Computer Science, Electronics, Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Botany and Zoology) and M.Sc(Biotechnology, Botany, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Zoology) graduating and post graduating students. The Placement Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process like arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests - online/offline, Interviews and Group Discussions as per the requirement of visiting companies. The Cell has modern infrastructure facilities for receiving various companies in the campus and state of the art auditorium for conducting campus interviews.

The department is geared up to provide its quality services not only in employment to students during studies, but also their employability through well planned and organized training and personality development programmes and holistic development to face the challenges of corporate world. The cell also organizes seminars, group discussions, and mock interviews as a part of careerguidance and personality development.

It gives us immense pleasure to see our students scaling new heights in their career, the advent of which is through Campus recruitment. The Placement team works day in and day out to ensure that the best of the corporate visits us to recruit our students thus ensuring that a right foundation is given to the studentsin addition to academics.
So far, Lachoo Memorial College of Science & Technology (Autonomous), Jodhpur has placed more than 1100 students in different companies either by inviting companies for campus drive or arranging the off-site Interviews.

Companies from different sectors like Pharmacy, Medical, Finance, Telecommunication, Logistic, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Banking and Insurance regularly visit LachooCollege campus for Placements. Students are offered jobs as per their area of interest for positions like R&D Executive, Production Chemist, Territory Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Software Developer, Graduate Trainee, Project Manager, Financial Analyst, Digital Marketer, Android Developer, HR Executive and many other profiles.
